After suffering both the health and economic consequences, organizations across industries have been forced to take further steps towards digitalization. Similarly, professionals have needed to gain new skills and competencies required by the digital revolution. Over time, we will become more digital as there will be a greater need to upgrade – an evolution that is already crucial for professionals, organizations, and society in general.
